二 | 截至2021年年底，侨团(企)共结对454个村，到位资金20.29亿元。以绍兴市为例，该市去年启动“百侨助百村”活动以来，侨胞、侨企、侨团积极参与，涌现了一批帮扶成效显著的典型。“我们因地制宜把生产延伸到农村，让农户安心就近就业。

三 | ”侨商代表、浙江海丰生物科技股份有限公司董事长吴海峰自称是种花卖花的新农人，这些年，其携手柯桥区平水镇剑灶村培育综合农业产业园，每年有数千万枝鲜花销往日本等国家和地区。吴海峰举例，该公司探索实践“统租+返包”生产模式，其统一在种植基地投资建设现代化农业设施，再把土地连同农业设施承包给农户种植菊花，让村里的闲置劳动力实现家门口就业。“百侨助百村”结对签约暨侨资企业“面对面”活动现场 项菁 摄 当日，绍兴6名侨企(侨团)代表与6个村社组织代表现场签约，包括浙江海丰生物科技股份有限公司与剑灶村结对共建现代化菊花种植基地项目，浙江海申新材料有限公司与越城区沥海街道城沿村村民委员会结对共建沥海街道侨爱基金项目，上虞区留学生联谊会与上虞区岭南乡覆卮村结对共建覆卮村提升帮扶项目等。

四 | 绍兴是侨资企业创新创业的热土，近年来，该市借助海外同乡会、人才联络站等平台，引导海外高层次人才回乡创新创业，并发挥侨胞侨商在乡村振兴中的“领头雁”作用，让侨资捐助精准输送到“最需要的地方”。截至目前，绍兴地区已有40个侨团、侨企、侨胞结对50个乡村。作为侨务大市，绍兴历来重视暖侨惠侨工作。绍兴市委常委、统战部部长叶卫红在现场说，协助侨资企业实现更快更好发展是当务之急，下一步要发挥“侨银合作”机制作用，强化对侨资企业的金融支持，同时利用重要活动平台，帮助企业拓展海外市场，也要通过运用大数据等技术手段创新服务方式，提高服务效率。

五 | 侨者，桥也。张维仁也表示，侨联的服务对象是“侨”，着力点在于“联”。侨联要发挥“联”的优势，当好“贴心人”，以高质量的服务推动侨资企业高质量发展；当好“联络员”，以贴心的服务释放侨“联”人才的机制优势。
